Project Description:

• 23,600 square meter dry pet food manufacturing and packaging facility
• Integrated operations including meal processing, liquid systems processing, multiple bulk receiving, and transfer systems for corn, grains, and meals, milling, grinding, blending, processing, finished product storage, packaging, warehouse storage, and shipment
  
• Fully automated process controls – over 8000-point control system organized into multiple operating modules controlled by factory wide integration and interface with business information system
• The $110 million facility was completed on a fast track schedule and was operational within in 19 months

Project Description:

• 500,000 SF renovation and expansion of a C-130 and F-22 aircraft assembly plant that included disassembly, relocation, re-assembly, and installation/testing of hundreds of pieces of manufacturing and material handling equipment
• Extensive study of the existing operation with the goal of eliminating the 11 remote storage facilities and consolidating the operations into a single facility located adjacent to the manufacturing area
• Material handling systems including developing the layout of how material, work-in-process, kitted parts, and all assembly automation flowed through aircraft completion
