Project Description:
- 290,000 SF greenfield “hot” bakery facility that produces bread products

Project Description:
- New 217,000 SF meat processing and slicing facility

Project Description:
- Consolidation of 4 distribution and manufacturing facilities
- Products include edible oils, shortenings, dressings, margarine, sauces, and flavor bases
- An existing facility was renovated for 545,000 SF of production and 130,000 SF of distribution space
- Consolidation led to a reduction in Ventura’s operating costs
