Project Description:

• 585,000 SF new headquarters & baby food production and distribution facility
• 140 acres and a two-story, 385,000 SF processing facility
• Facility is designed to achieve LEED Certification and was designed using BIM software

Pepperidge Farm

Bloomfield, CT

Project Description:

• 290,000 SF greenfield “hot” bakery facility that produces bread products
• Modernization and strategic location analysis drove this project
• Recognized as Food Engineering Magazine’s 2004 Food Plant of the Year

West Liberty Foods

Tremonton, UT

Project Description:

• New 217,000 SF meat processing and slicing facility
• First U.S. plant designed to process 10-foot logs
• Plant produces 1.6 million pounds of meat products per week

Rome, NY

Project Description:

• New 185,000 SF olive oil production facility
• Project was completed on a fast-track schedule
• The plant produces 4 million cases of olive oil per year, with a future projected capacity of 6 million

• Automated Storage/Retrieval System (AS/RS) facility expansion
• Total new construction in excess of 160,000 SF

• 84,000 SF warehouse expansion and 6,000 SF process building expansion
• Facility processes include roasting cocoa beans and storing chocolates
• Expansions included office and employee areas

Ventura Foods

Ontario, CA

Project Description:

• Consolidation of 4 distribution and manufacturing facilities
• Products include edible oils, shortenings, dressings, margarine, sauces, and flavor bases
• An existing facility was renovated for 545,000 SF of production and 130,000 SF of distribution space
• Consolidation led to a reduction in Ventura’s operating costs

Project Description:

• 330,000 SF fresh juice processing and bottling facility
• Included 1,200 ton ammonia refrigeration system
• Bottle filling area is built to clean room specifications
• Project was completed on a fast-track schedule
