• Came in under initial budget of $19.5 million

Classroom Building and Conference Center

Clarkston, GA

• Design/Build — planning, design, and Construction Management Services

Project Description:

• 2-story, 78,000 SF academic building includes a new library/learning resource center, along with computer labs, classrooms, and faculty and administration office space
  
• 23,000 SF conference center features a 7,200 SF exhibition hall with operable partitions to allow the main space to seat over 500 in full-open configuration, or be subdivided into five smaller spaces

Chattahoochee Technical College
Health Sciences Building

Dallas, GA

Services Provided:

• Design/Build — planning, design, and Construction Management Services

Project Description:

• Designed using BIM/REVIT as a 2-story, 46,000 SF LEED Silver facility
• Interior features include state-of-the-art classroom and laboratory space for programs in Practical Nursing, Early Childhood Care and Education, and Horticulture
• The building also houses an Economic/Workforce Development Center and a new Library/Media Center
• $9.7 million classroom facility

Cobb County Public Schools

Cobb County, GA

Services Provided:

Project Description:

• 96 facilities county-wide funded through 1995 bond
  
• 12 new schools, additions to 24 schools, renovations to 74 schools funded through 1998 Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST)
