The Education Division also includes the planning and design expertise of Passantino & Bavier, a nationally recognized architectural design firm specializing in educational facility planning and design. Founded in 1970 and acquired by The Facility Group in 1994, Passantino & Bavier has been repeatedly recognized for their outstanding educational planning and design. Our experienced staff have been involved in the development of over 400 schools throughout the Southeast, comprising over 10,000 classrooms. Our planning, programming and management philosophy emphasizes a collaborative approach involving all the stakeholders and building users, including students, educators, administrators and community representatives.

As a leader in facility design, engineering, and programming, we utilize state-of-the-art computer technology as both a design tool and a means of production. Our entire staff uses the latest AutoCAD release, supported by additional software for all design and construction documentation, including 3-D computer modeling, rendering and virtual reality walk-through.
