Master Planning
The concept of the master plan is a system through which major components of the campus can develop in an orderly fashion. These components include growth, movement, use and space and serve to document current campus issues and future concerns. The master plan provides a tool for planning future growth, fundraising efforts, and answering the basic questions – where, what, how much, and when.

Higher Education Fund Raising/Resource Development

Architectural Design
Our architectural company, Facility Design Group, creates functional, cost-effective solutions for our client’s design challenges, while working collaboratively with the client to bring the appropriate level of architectural image to each and every project. Our superb technical staff assures that each design is code compliant and properly detailed. Our company’s Local Area Network links the CADD systems of our architectural staff to those of our in-house engineering disciplines, facilitating careful coordination of the final construction documents.

Program Management
The Program Management process utilizes The Facility Group’s staff, resources and experience to supplement the college or university’s efforts in managing facility design and construction programs throughout the campus. As an extension of your staff, we provide a process for time, cost, quality and information management to help you ensure a successful building program.

Our program managers draw upon experience gained through the design and construction annually of several million square feet of facilities to provide professional services in the preparation of project feasibility analyses. Drawing upon the appropriate resources from our full complement of in-house design and construction personnel, and supported by sound return-on-investment evaluations, our program managers works as an extension of our clients to develop building programs, establish project scope, evaluate alternates, and recommend the most cost-effective response to the college or university’s business goals and design requirements.
