Facility Program Management Inc., our Program
Management services group, offers clients a complete array of services that can be easily tailored to specific project needs.
Our professional Program Management services provide the creative, technical and administrative expertise required to develop a sound strategy for facility planning and implementation. Our Program Managers assume full management responsibility for the project team, and oversee all design, engineering, construction and start-up activities.
Our Program Management services provide the owner with the design management and contract administration services necessary to ensure a successful project. Regardless of the project's size or scope our objective is the same:
- To achieve the most appropriate design solution, with regard to economics as well as building aesthetics
- To expedite, through stringent managerial controls, the entire design and construction process
Under this approach we:
- Assist in establishing project goals and objectives
- Develop a complete project implementation plan
- Prepare a goal schedule for all owner and municipal approvals, design releases, selection and contractor commitments and installation
- Review A/E proposals and make positive recommendations
- Review all bids from general and subcontractors and make recommendations
- As Program Managers, we also:
- Prepare a budget estimate
- Determine the quality levels of project systems
- Monitor estimated construction costs during design development
- Provide value engineering on the entire project
- Assist in securing agency approvals
- Prepare a quality assurance program
- Monitor the safety program
- Monitor cost forecast vs. budget
- Monitor engineering coordination
- Monitor purchasing/shop drawing and change order status
- Monitor construction status
- Format and issue monthly control report
- Provide reports to various governing bodies
